What you'll be doing The Assoc. Director, Marketing Content Enablement Lead will play a critical role in accelerating growth for the organization's first commercial product, IBTROZI® (taletrectinib). They will be responsible for translating insights from external and internal stakeholders into promotional tactics aligned to brand strategy across HCP, APP, and patient audiences. They will play a strategic and cohesive role within the Marketing team and will be responsible for developing, managing, and driving robust marketing programs to support and expand brand awareness and uptake. Additionally, the Marketing Content Enablement Lead will spearhead the development of novel content creation processes to accelerate the speed-to-market of prioritized tactical deliverables and bolster IBTROZI surround-sound in a crowded category. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location among other factors.
